Music peformace: what I need to do to make my chosen techniques better

So last week I posted my top goals I need to focus on. And now we need to rehearse. My goals were to get better at timing, and to drum less harder so you can actually hear the drums, last week I did quite well to get those right.This week I just need to polish some stuff up.
